Dr. Sheva Nickravesh DDS, PC. | Pediatric Dental Office Information in Redding, California

How Are Appointments Scheduled?

Our office does it's best to accommodate appointments at times that are convenient for you. However, we recommend that preschool children should be scheduled for their dental appointments in the morning. This allows us to take more time, and your child's dental experience will be less stressful.

As a courtesy, we ask that if you need to change or cancel your child's appointment, you notify us 48-hours in advance.

Do I Stay With My Child During the Visit?

We understand your child may not be looking forward to their dental visit. Parents are invited to accompany their children to their first visit and initial examination.

For the safety and privacy of our patients, children not being treated on today's visit should remain in our reception room with a supervising adult.

What About Payment for Dental Care?

Payment for all services is due on the date of the visit. If you'd like to discuss finance options, please see our office staff. We will do our best to work with you. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards.
Do We Take Dental Insurance?

Provided we have your dental information on file, we will be happy to file a claim for you. Filing your dental claim is a courtesy service we offer. We are not responsible for how or when your insurance pays a claim. We are only able to estimate your portion of treatment cost. We are not responsible for any errors in filing a claim on your behalf. You are responsible for any balance on your account, whether your insurance claim is paid or not.
